Robert Gonzalvez , Senior Consultant of Training Delivery Systems, obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from Rutgers University, and since, completed his Master of Business Administration Degree at Central Queensland University. He holds Graduate Diploma Degrees in Education from UTS, Human Resources from UTS and Financial Management from the University of New England.

Robert has been a Consultant and Business Advisor for the last sixteen years, serving clients in the areas of Financial and Business Planning, Budgeting, and Change Management. He was also co author of a standard textbook in Financial Accounting used in Sydney TAFE, where he taught Accounting full time from 1989 to 2013.

He established, Commercial Business Coaching from 1990 to 2012 and later joined Training Delivery Systems (TDS)   in 2016. He holds his CPA membership and attends Business Management Conferences on a regular basis. Robert collaborates with highly qualified professionals whose expertise are sought by different industry groups.

Workplace Training Systems and Assessments (WTSA)  is owned and operated by                                  Denise Barsoum with over 30 years’bio 3 experience as a learning and development trainer. She a particular focus on instructional design and change management.

Denise uses creative and innovative learning delivery systems to make the Adult Learning Experience in workplace contexts both transformational and experiential. At all times, her focus is on what the learner needs and how this can map to changes that will influence organisational objectives.
